Phase change heat sink Characteristics of Radiator: 1. Integration of heat super conduction and heat dissipation. Reduce heat conduct resistance of heat sink to ZERO ; 2. Low heat conduct temperature difference, equivalent heat conductive ability 20 times better than copper; 3. Heat conduction very fast, near sound speed; 4. Maximum heat conduction power more than 3000W. Fit almost any requirements; 5. Can work under high density heat flux, eliminate heat point of system; 6. More than 30% reduce of volume and weight than normal heat sink; 7. All aluminum, cost effective; 8. No connection between different material , high reliability.
